There is one thing that captivated my attention one day, in a group of five, which I came across with. If you are going to ask why, well this is my observation from there. They are in to a group of different sizes. One is fat, the second is thinner, the third is fantastic, the fourth is sexy is the fifth is lonely. Why? It is because he may be compared to a small baby mouse. Pinkish in color, yet so lonely looking; yes! He is looking for freedom, like a prisoner in jail.
I usually and actually, I always see them passing by our house in the city. One day, I asked one of them as to the problem of the last guy in the group. Then he told me that it is due to the fact that such a person does not really have any confidence upon himself. That would be unlike those people who are mentioned therein, having a form of self-trust. I wanted to befriend that guy, thus I asked his friend to give me his contact number. It is because he has been compared to that woman’s other suitors.
Take note that the ab rocket machine and situp equipment do not work for fat people alone. It is also applicable to people who are thinner or those who do not have any visible abs in their body. I advised him to use the same. If there are improvements, then it is better shared with one another. One day, I got a news that the said person is once more sad. I asked him why; and guess what. It is because of the fact that he is now confused as to who, among the three girls, will he be with. Yes, you heard it right! He is now being chased by three gorgeous ladies. Now, it is me once more who has been applauded because I helped my friend as to how to rebuild a lost confidence, and that is thru the use of sit up equipment and all other exercising equipments out there, available in the gym.
